    Description

    Primary Purpose:
    Provide professional service to new and existing clients by assisting the account manager/account executive/team leader and process their requests in a timely and accurate manner

    Essential Responsibilities:
    Process audits and endorsementsCheck and attach insurance policies in EpicAssemble client's insurance policies for deliveryProcess and issue proofs of insurance (certificates, evidence of property)

    Process endorsement requests, direct bill cancellations and reinstatementsObtain loss runs, endorsements, billing, etc. from carrier websitesAttend office/team meetings as necessaryParticipate in carrier website trainingHandle other duties as assignedObeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:
    Experience working in an office setting.
    Attention to detail.
    Strong communication skills.
    Dependability and punctuality.
    Experience with Microsoft software to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.


    Desired Skills and Competencies:
