- Collaborate with physicians and the nursing team to create personalized care plans
- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate documentation
- Work alongside various healthcare professionals including social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging
- Educate patients and families on prevention and healthy practices while fostering a caring environment
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in our state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Specialty certification may be required post-hire
