    Senior Maintenance Technician Compensation: From $23/hour

    Senior Maintenance Technicians are responsible for:

    • Daily completion of work orders
    • Working through escalated electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, janitorial, preventative maintenance, landscaping, etc. concerns
    • Contacting, scheduling and following up with vendors as needed
    • Working closely with Preventative Maintenance, Property Management and Administrative teams
    • Acting as first point of contact for residents during scheduled after-hours/on-call shifts to ensure efficient completion of emergency work and superb customer service is provided
    • Training new hires

    Senior Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

    • Valid Driver's License
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in: Facilities Maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing, Electric or a related field
    • Resourceful problem-solving skills
    • Analytical thinking
    • Comfortable using iPhone
    • Customer Service Skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Complete work within deadlines
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Interact with residents of varying ages and backgrounds
    • Meet deadlines
    • Ability to meet physical requirements
      • The position is considered to have moderate to heavy physical demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to climb up to nine feet on ladders, work in overhead structures, walk, stand, twist, stoop, bend, squat, and kneel at least 90% of the workday. The employee will occasionally be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 100 pounds and frequently be required to lift, carry and/or move in excess of 50 pounds during the normal course of a workday
