    Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled Diesel Truck Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, particularly in heavy-duty trucks. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Diagnose and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical issues, troubleshoot diesel engine problems, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance and safety.
    2. Routine Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to prevent breakdowns and prolong the lifespan of diesel trucks.
    3. Electrical Systems: Proficiently diagnose and repair electrical systems in diesel trucks, including wiring, lighting, and onboard computer diagnostics.
    4. Fuel Systems: Maintain and repair diesel fuel systems, including fuel injection systems, pumps, and fuel lines, ensuring proper fuel delivery and combustion.
    5. Brake Systems: Inspect, repair, and adjust brake systems on diesel trucks to meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
    6. Cooling Systems: Oversee cooling system maintenance and repairs, including radiator inspections, coolant flushes, and thermostat replacements.
    7. Drive Train: Address issues related to the drive train, including transmissions, axles, and differentials, to ensure smooth power delivery and optimal performance.

    Requirements:

    1. Experience: Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably working with heavy-duty trucks.
    2. Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, electrical systems, fuel systems, and other components of diesel trucks.
    3. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow technical manuals and diagrams accurately.
    4. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex issues and develop effective repair solutions.
