Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION TITLE: Inventory ClerkDEPARTMENT: OperationsPOSITION BRIEF: An Inventory Clerk's responsibilities include managing all the parts or products, including recording new items in the warehouse. They track each item as it enters the establishment through records of what's been sold and where those goods go.Ultimately, you will be responsible for the inventory of all supplies and products that come in or leave the facility.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining and updating records
Counting materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock
Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
Receive and ship inventory stock
Post, record, and input data into Oracle
- Location transfers
- Purchase Order
- Shipments
- Receipts
- Condition changes
Identify and correct any differences in inventories found at any time through the month.
Working for traffic coordinator's job in case of absence which includes coverage after normal

work hours and weekends when on call.

Assist in year-end inventory counts.
Other various tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONSRequired:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous inventory experience
Excellent computer skills
Excellent math and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work extended hours

Preferred:

College degree
Oracle ERP experience
Previous tubular goods experience
Previous inventory experience
Forklift experience beneficial
