    Job Summary:


    The Patient Care Tech at HR Employer Solutions Group will play a crucial role in providing high quality patient care and support to our healthcare clients in West Palm Beach, Florida.

    This is a full-time individual contributor role with a salary of $15 to $17 per hour, paid weekly.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a strong desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with daily patient care activities, including but not limited to bathing, feeding, and monitoring vitals
    • Help patients with mobility and transferring as needed
    • Collect and record patient information, such as vital signs and symptoms
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
    • Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
    • Restock and replenish medical supplies and equipment
    • Follow all infection control and safety protocols
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting preferred
    • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification preferred
    • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
