    The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
    Overseeing, organizing, prioritizing and implementing multiple complicated plastic injection molding projectsEnsuring projects stay on schedule and in budgetCreating and growing relationships with customersQuoting projects, creating proposals and negotiating contractsDocumentingLiaising between the customer, employees and managementThe background of the successful candidate must include the following:Five or more years of experience managing large, complex projectsFive or more years of plastic injection molding experienceTwo or more years of experience negotiating contractsTwo or more years of experience working with production for large complicated projectsA solid work historyA US citizen or possess a green cardA residence within 45-minutesType: direct hire
