    We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our manufacturing firm. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and executive management.

    The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, establishing company-wide financial and operational strategies, and guiding key initiatives.

    Develop and implement a strategic financial plan to guide the company's financial direction.
    Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
    Develop and maintain relationships with banking and insurance partners.
    Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize financial benefits.
    Lead the financial planning and analysis department to forecast, analyze, and monitor financial performance.
    Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with tax forms and regulations.
    Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
    Coordinate with executive management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
    Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry.
    Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
    Implement strategies for financial growth and profitability.
    Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
    Drive the company's financial planning and performance management.
    Evaluate and manage business partnerships and investment opportunities.
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
    Proven experience in executive management, strategic planning, and business development.
    Proficiency in financial planning, financial reporting, and corporate finance.
    Expert knowledge of financial laws and risk management practices.
    Excellent knowledge of data analysis, risk management tools, and forecasting models.
    Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
