FTE: 0.9 - Full time, Shift: Nights, Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7-7:30

Department Specific Requirements

At least 1 year of L&D nursing experience necessary. (Recent RN graduates or RNs without L&D expertise, please explore Residency or Fellowship opportunities)

Position Summary

Responsibilities

Organizing patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating continuously
Using nursing education and experience to provide care following hospital policies and protocols
Collaborating with the nursing team to enhance care quality, patient experience, and reduce costs
Creating a learning environment for patients, families, staff, and the healthcare team

Requirements

BSN or obtained within five (5) years from hire date; RNs with 15+ years may be considered in lieu of education
Advanced Nursing degree (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
Washington State RN license or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL)
Current BLS Certification
ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP certification, as needed
Specialty certification preferred
1 year of acute care experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off. Our transparent compensation structure is within a range of $82.29 USD. Candidate pay is based on skills, experience level, and certifications/education. Union positions align pay with relevant experience level.
