    We are looking for a couple of experienced Restoration Technicians to join our team You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.

    You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.

    Responsibilities:
    • Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions
    • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
    • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
    • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
    • Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
    • Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians
    • The position does require technicians to be part of an on-call rotation.

    Qualifications:

    1 to 3 years of experience with some or all of the following is preferred, but willing to train and pay for the needed mitigation certifications:
    • IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, etc.)
    • Perform water extraction and mold remediation
    • Set drying equipment and monitor moisture levels until the drying standard is met
    • Removal of damaged structural materials and cleanup
    • Appropriate certifications related to fire, water, mold, etc.
    • Valid drivers license (NO DUI or reckless driving in past 5 years)
    • Able to pass a background check and drug test
    • Its a plus if you have current experience using any of the following software: MICA, Encircle, or DocuSketch.
    • Schedule flexibility to work after hours and on-call on an as-needed basis
    • Display a positive attitude with team spirit, great attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills

    Physical Requirements :
    • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
    • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
    • Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
    • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
    • Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
    • Ability to work in crawlspace or attic
    • Ability to travel locally
