    Description

    Responsibilities include:
    Edits and develops online learning course materials.
    Reviews, edits, and tracks training interactions from requirements gathering sessions.
    Works with subject matter experts to create written training content
    Create engaging employee learning experiences that integrates instructor-led based learning
    Demonstrate excellent written and presentation skills.
    Uses a flexible writing style that can be adapted to meet the needs of different audiences and scopes.
    Writes scripts for video and audio content.
    Updates, organizes and synthesize source material into well-written, concise learning products.
    Employ adult learning principles and instructional design theories
    Work independently; takes projects successfully from concept to implementation
    Demonstrate instructional technology skills with desire to learn new tools (software and hardware) as appropriate
    Keeps current on best practices in instructional design.
    Perform other duties as assigned


    Qualifications:
    Education / Experience

    Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two (2) year college or technical school; or minimum one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
    Experience in Training Development, Instructional Design and/or Technology, Education, Business, Adult Learning, highly preferred

    Skills & Abilities

    Ability to comprehend and translate concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content
    Experience with design platforms a plus
    Visible passion for learning and the ability to drive the organizational development and learning agenda
    Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical
    Ability to build successful relationships within the organization
    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines
    Thrives in a team environment where creativity, flexibility, and communication are highly valued
    Critical thinking, excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook
