    The Opportunity:
    • National Broker; unlimited compensation.
    • Be an Owner, not an Employee.
    • Produce in the lucrative NOVA/WDC region.
    • National team of account management and underwriters with innovative expertise in all industries.
    • Significant income/commissions with large client segment being supported by subject matter experts.
    • Work remotely or hybrid attached to a physical office.
    • Guaranteed compensation during first three years.

    Background Preferred:
    • A demonstrated track record of selling to commercial lines (P&C) decision-makers. Ability to cross-sell into EB and/or private client is a plus.
    • We also welcome those with
    • Needs to be a "hunter" and willing and able to generate new revenues
    • Well-developed network and COIs in your regional market is required.
    • A closer - one who can both prospect and close
    • Must be a consultative seller and NOT a transactional seller
    • Excellent relationship-builder and team player
    • College Degree required
    • Specific experience with local area businesses
    • Community leader of heavily involved

    Compensation Structure:
    • Compensation based on experience and insurance sales track record.
