    Who You'll Be Collaborating With Every day, you'll be teaming up with a diverse, enthusiastic, multi-disciplinary team of creative minds with a smart sense of humor What You'll Be Helping Achieve You will be leading a large-scale initiative for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) to modernize their point-of-sale system.

    You will lead a technical team that will maintain the current system of software, hardware, and other components to enable inventory management, ordering, and other functional business areas while simultaneously laying the groundwork for modernization.

    What You'll Be Working On:

    Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.
    Reporting and deliverables for the project
    Coordination of onboarding and off boarding activities
    Manage team of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
    Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
    Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
    Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.

    Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.

    Prepares long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources.

    Oversees all aspects of projects.
    Responsible for completion of Core Tasks
    How You'll Excel In Your Role:

    Knowledge of DeCA
    Excellent communication skills
    Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships
    Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

    Required Experience:

    Bachelor Degree in information technology or business-related discipline
    Ten (10) years or more of project management leadership in information technology related disciplines
    Ability to communicate effectively in a wide variety of environments
    Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
    Demonstrated decision-making responsibility in a dynamic work environment
    Working knowledge of the software development life cycle in general and Agile specifically

    Preferred Experience:

    Public Trust or Secret Clearance
    DeCA experience and relationships
    Account Management experience

    The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

    The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

    At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

    A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000 to $170,000.
