Responsible for leading the implementation of business projects including project management, project schedules, issues/risks, project communications, and impact analyses. The Business Analyst will be capable of leading stakeholders through process improvement discussions or challenging implementation cycles.
The Business Analyst will build expertise in the functional workstreams, measuring and understanding the organization's abilities and constraints to inform their strategic Integration plan.
The Business Analyst will possess expert communication skills to collaborate with our project stakeholders and business leaders.The incumbent will coach teammates from cross functional teams, share lessons learned and thought leadership to elevate their performance, and most importantly serve the needs of the project teams.
The incumbent will be able to understand the big picture, consume and rationalize details, think critically, reason analytically, and solve problems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/
OR LICENSURE:
1.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Project Management or related field or equivalent work experience OR Obtain within two (2) years of hire.
EXPERIENCE:
1.
4+ years of experience in a business analyst or functional project management role that creates cross- functional business plans, functional roadmaps, and project plans to meet organizational goals.
2. Experience with designing and developing processes and procedures 3.Experience with standard analytical tools & techniques including but not limited to:
Use cases, user stories, customer journey maps, root cause analysis, and business capability maps.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/
OR LICENSURE:
1. Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions 2. CBAP 3. PMP 4. Lean Six Sigma
