    Easy Ice continues to grow and seeks bright, highly motivated Field Service Manager to join their team in the Los Angeles market. The Technician is responsible for the refurbishment and repair activities on ice machines. In this position, you will work closely with the Refurb Lead and the Technical Services team. This candidate must be an energetic and enthusiastic individual, who is able to establish both internal and external relationships.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    To manage the Field Service Technicians, Installers, Cleaners, Ice Delivery Drivers, and Refurbishment Personnel to provide customers accurate and friendly information regarding the coordination of various service and maintenance scheduling.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work directly with technicians in the field to provide technical support and training
    • Identify and resolve employee concerns/complaints Perform employee route rides and spot checks to determine training needs
    • Assist in interviewing and hiring technicians
      • Onboarding and training of new technicians
    • Promote Preventive Maintenance Agreements
    • Responsible for the accurate and appropriate truck stock
    • Ensure the inventory system is being followed
    • Work closely with the Service Delivery team to ensure day to day efficiencies are being met
    • Support Install Coordinator in resource identification, planning, and site survey assistance
    • Work directly with the Branch Manager to review weekly/monthly data
    • Support service team in achievement of service goals
    • Work directly with the Branch Manager for improvement opportunities, increased efficiencies, and training needs
    • Other duties as assigned

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience:

    Customer Service experience is required

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    Work both in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential as well as traveling to customer sites.
