    \tShift:
    This role is 1st Shift, -Hourly Rate: $0.00 an hour\r
    \r
    \t\r
    \t\tSupport pea planting sub-contractors with field location, seed, instructions.\r
    \t\r
    \t\tTransport sweet corn seed to/from controlled climate storage location\r
    \t\r
    \t\tPass DOT health physical and complete Fleet Driving training course\r
    \t\r
    \t\tComplete all required company safety training\r
    \t\r
    \t\tMove empty pea seed bulk bags from sub-contractors to Waseca and disposal location\r
    \t\r
    \t\tTransport empty seed pallets back to Waseca\r
    \t\r
    \t\tDeliver sweet corn seed to growers and satellite storage locations\r
    \t\r
    \t\tInstruct growers on sweet corn planting procedures including, population, seed depth\r
    \t\r
    \t\tStake field entrances with corresponding field marker\r
    \t\r
    \t\tMark field entrance with GPS coordinate\r
    \t\r
    \t\tScout pea and sweet corn fields for weed issues\r
    \t\r
    \t\tScout pea and sweet corn fields for pest issues (per IPM program guidelines)\r
    \t\r
    \t\tComplete stand counts on pea and sweet corn fields\r
    \t\r
    \t\tSample pea and sweet corn fields for maturity tracking\r
    \t\r
    \t\tInstruct harvest crews about specific field conditions, entrances, special needs\r
    \t\r
    \t\tTransport equipment/personnel/paperwork\r
    \t\r
    \t\tTake germination samples on sweet corn carryover seed\r
    \t\r
    \t\tInvolved in several record keeping, paperwork,\r
    \t\r
    \t\tBe trained and prepared to operate all inbound/outbound scale procedures\r
    \t\r
    \t\tEnsure field stake and all other items are removed from field upon harvest\r
    \t\r
    \t\tCount/confirm pea and sweet corn inventories\r
    \r
    \r
    \tEnsure all company vehicle maintenance is current; notify supervisor of any issues\r
    \r
