- Directs the Purchases activity including all processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company objectives and policies.
- Establishes departmental goals and objectives in line with the Company's objectives.
- Leads internal business process reviews and recommends changes for improvementsto increase internal productivity and process quality.
- Facilitates supplier selection and negotiates contracts for key strategicinitiatives.
- Reviews, analyzes, and recommends polices related to new contracts and agreements consistent with Corporate goals and adherence to all mandatory domestic and international legal requirements.
- Maintains working knowledge of the latest industry trends and practices.
- Furnishes purchase analysis, and maintains cost and delivery data for use in scheduling, planning, budgeting, and other functional activities.
- Manages and maintains the Supplier Purchasing System and all related data sets.
- Provide support for the interdepartmental objectives of the organization.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the control and operations of theCorporate Supply Chain and Purchasing Department.
Develops policies, procedures, and objectives for the Company's supplychain in accordance with corporate objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.*APICS or CPM certification desired.*5 years experience in Procurement or materials management or equivalent.*Knowledge of mainframe computing applications and capabilities andproficient in word and excel.*Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.*Experience in inventory control, purchasing, and negotiation is necessary.*Ability to travel as necessary.
