- Lead the vision and development of the Stanley Martin Homes brand
- Responsible for managing and developing high-caliber talent and design across the organization
- Report to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and serve on the sales and marketing leadership team
- Develop and foster exceptional design in a creative environment
- Manage a team of designers for innovative design solutions
- Advance SMH brand identity inclusive of voice, imagery, and expression
- Lead design direction and reviews of creative output
- Manage creative platform solutions and file organization standards
- Provide team reporting on productivity and deliverables
- Be the SMH Brand ambassador and mentor creative talent
- Develop leadership presentations and templates
- Adhere to company safety standards and values of Stanley Martin
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions
- Complete all assigned duties
- Team player with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 15+ years of design experience, 10+ years leading a design team
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding creative judgment and ability to think critically
- Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills
