Responsibilities
Greet customers, check customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring the amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room
Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor
Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition
Learn product knowledge to assist customers and partner effectively with sales associates
Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise, and direct customers to the correct associate when necessary
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment

Education & Experience
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma, or general education degree (GED); 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.

Associates are expected to follow all safety procedures and perform their job duties in a fashion that minimizes the risk of injury.
Compensation/ScheduleCompensation for this position starts at $17.00 per hour. Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 9:30am-5pm Monday through Friday, 9:00am-9:00pm Saturday and 10:00am-6:00pm Sunday. Schedule may include varied hours, weekends, holidays. Average hours per week is 20 hours.
