The selected candidate will collaborate with a team of medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists to provide comprehensive treatment and innovative clinical research options for patients.

This is a full-time employed position with the multispecialty Memorial Physician Group within Memorial Cancer Institute. The position offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity.
Memorial Cancer Institute offers two locations for radiation treatment.

Memorial Cancer Institute, one of the largest cancer centers in Florida, is a community-based hospital network of care and one of only 6 designated Florida Cancer Centers of Excellence in partnership with Florida Atlantic University (FAU.).

Locations across the network - Memorial Regional Hospital, Hollywood.

The radiation oncology department is completing a full equipment upgrade and installing state-of-the-art Halcyon and TrueBeam platforms Other on-site technology includes an Elekta HDR unit and a new Siemens CT Simulator.

Eclipse and ARIA are used for Rad Onc EMR and Record & Verify.

At Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines, a new, 125,000 square foot state of the art center opened in January 2024 and is home to TrueBeam and Halcyon linear accelerators, VisionRT IGRT, Cyberknife, Elekta HDR unit and a new Siemens CT Simulator.

The Memorial Specialty Pharmacy works with a team of reimbursement specialists and Oncology Clinical Specialists to dispense oral oncolytics, seek copay assistance, and provide medication education and continuous monitoring to all patients.

Memorial Cancer Institute holds numerous certifications including, Commission on Cancer, ASCO-Quality Oncology Practice (QOPI), Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT), and American College of Radiology (ACR) for Radiation Oncology.

Memorial Cancer Institute s Breast Program is certified by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC).

In addition, Memorial Cancer Institute has a unique partnership with Florida Atlantic University (MCIFAU) and is designated as a State of Florida Cancer Center of Excellence, one of only six in the state.

Memorial Cancer Institute is comprised of approximately 50 cancer physicians including (but not limited to) medical oncologists, hematologists, radiation oncologists, surgeons.
