SUMMARY Oak Grove Racing Gaming Hotel is a new facility in Oak Grove Kentucky across the street from Ft Campbell The Property is miles from Clarksville TN and less than miles northwest of downtown Nashville TN FUNCTION The Cage Cashier is responsible for redemption of Gaming tickets Sports wagering vouchers Check Cashing Cash Advance transactions and placing Sports wagers for guests while assuring that guest have a favorable gaming experience RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cashing customers out giving correct change answering customer questions in a courteous and professional manner Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds making exchanges of funds throughout the shift Ensuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience KEEPING cash drawer balanced impressed Making exchanges with vault as necessary VERIFYING documenting personal identification information for check cash advance transactions COMPLETING CTRs W2Gs MTLs RESPONSIBLE FOR customer relations FILL IN AS Main Banker when necessary TRACKING issuing player cards for new existing accounts REDEM TION points from accounts patrons cash prizes ASSISTING weekly large scale Gaming Tournaments registration GREETING busses handing out coupon books issuing Oak Grove Players Cards HANDLING special coupons ASSIST WHEN NEEDED Promotions Special Events setup teardown executions announcing OTHER DUTIES assigned EDUCATION EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent required months cashiering banking experience preferred ABLE TO obtain maintain valid Kentucky gaming racing license Race Sportsbook Employee License PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS WORKING CONDITIONS While performing duties job employee frequently required sit stand walk use hands finger reach handle feel objects tools controls reach hands arms climb balance stoop kneel crouch crawl talk hear LIFT PUSH PULL up lbs Reasonable accommodations made enable individuals disabilities perform essential functions NOISE LEVEL moderate loud employee subjected circulate assigned areas including smoking area actively observing players functioning machines ALL QUALIFIED APPLICANTS receive consideration employment regard race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin disability>
