    We're looking for an experienced cyber mission specialist like you to apply your knowledge in cyber risk management, network security monitoring tools, and cyber testing and evaluation and impact our nation's IT infrastructure.

    In this role, you'll be counted on to understand cyberspace capabilities to evaluate potential weaknesses as well as the effectiveness of mitigations for cyber security solutions.

    You will leverage cyberspace operations systems to aggregate threat feeds that inform briefings for senior leadership aligned to the Navy's scientific and operations meteorological and oceanographic capabilities.

    This is an opportunity to use your research and analysis abilities to adequately assess and inform operators and senior leadership and commanders on dynamic adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures for our client.

    You Have:

    4+ years of experience with supporting the development of security plans or packages supporting Assessment and Authorization (A&A) of IT systems Authority to Operate (ATO), including the implementation and assessment of cybersecurity controls
    4+ years of experience with RMF
    Experience with implementing and assessing the implementation of DoD Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG)
    Experience with conducting and interpreting ACAS vulnerability scanning and reporting
    Knowledge of DoD policies, processes, and procedures related to common duties for Information System Security Officers
    Ability to execute cybersecurity testing of IT hardware and software to identify, track, and remediate ongoing IT vulnerabilities
    Secret clearance
    HS diploma or GED
    DoD 8570 IAT Level II or IAM Level II Baseline Certification

    You Have:

    Experience with DoD and DoN Risk Management Framework (RMF), A&A, and ATO processes and procedures
    Experience with supporting DoN command Information System Security Managers (ISSM) as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO)
    Experience with conducting DoN RMF Annual Security Reviews
    Knowledge of DoN Cybersecurity policies and procedures
    Ability to communicate advanced technical concepts clearly to command leadership orally and in documentation and presentations
    TS/SCI clearance
    Bachelor's degree in a technical- or cybersecurity-related field

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
