    Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

    Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) certification is required. Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant are a plus.

    Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration options.

    Proficient in Salesforce administration tasks, such as user management, security settings, data management, workflows, process automation, and reporting.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

    Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience will be good

    Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools, such as Data Loader or Workbench.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

    Experience Required
    Bachelors Degree in STEM along with 3 years of IT Experience with working exp on Salesforce

    Roles & Responsibilities
    1.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests from users across the organization.

    2.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions that meet the organization's needs.

    3.

    Configure and customize Salesforce features and functionalities, including user management, security settings, data management, workflows, process automation, and reporting.

    4.


    Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to support business processes and ensure data integrity.

    5.

    Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide insightful analytics and performance metrics to stakeholders.

    6.

    Manage data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date information within Salesforce.

    7.


    Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, ensuring the platform is optimized and aligned with the latest industry standards.

    8.

    Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to users, addressing any Salesforce-related queries or issues.

    9.

    Collaborate with developers and other cross-functional teams to implement customizations and integrations with other systems.

    10.

    Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize system functionality and user experience.

    11.

    Maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and workflows
