Job Summary:
This position is a member of the corporate Cloud & End User Engineering Team and will assist in deployment and support of Azure, Active Directory, and Windows technologies.
This position will be responsible for the on-going support and management of the portfolio of services that the Cloud & End User Engineering Team is responsible for.
The individual will be required to perform after hours support on a rotating basis with other team members.Broad experience supporting Azure, and Active Directory with heavy emphasis on:
Azure ARM & Bicep template design, testing and management in support of VM build automation Azure Backup and Site Recovery architecture design, testing and management Azure Fabric technologies Power BI, Synapse, and Azure Data Factory Azure Logic Apps design, testing and management Azure Multi-region Disaster Recovery architecture design, testing and management Azure Windows Virtual Desktop management, support, and troubleshooting Includes design and testing of solution, resource pools, etc.
Azure management, support and troubleshooting specific to application and or user issues Includes Management groups, Resource groups, Subscriptions, Application Proxy, Conditional Access, Key Vault, NSGs, PIM, Policy, RBAC, Storage Blobs and GPv2, and more DevOps design, implementation and management following best practices GitHub, Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
Active Directory OU structures, containers and group policies Active Directory DNS, DFS, DFSR, DHCP, Sites, Trusts and Recovery Automation of repeatable processes and procedures via Azure Automation and PowerShell scripts Includes automation of Active Directory tasks, Azure tasks, Corrective measures, Deployments, Server builds, Server Inventory jobs, etc.
EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS BS/BA in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or the equivalent work experience.
Minimum 8 to 15 years of related work experience including solid exposure to enterprise architecture Adherence to standards Exemplary, demonstrated self-starting skills Intermediate to expert level knowledge of applications and systems development tools and methods.
Strong oral and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at different levels of the organization appcast LI-TM1
