SGI Global is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to oversee a contract under the Central America Regional Security Initiative (CARSI).

The CARSI Initiative, one of the largest and most sophisticated multi-lateral security efforts in the world, provides funding for the USG to assist the governments of the CARSI countries with police

professionalization,

justice sector reform, counter narcotics efforts, border security management, crime and violence prevention, and anti-corruption efforts.
The Deputy Program Manager will ensure the adequate implementation of the Quality Control Plan and Risk Mitigation Plan.

The DPM will apply effective quality control and continuous improvement processes to meet or exceed the performance standards established in each awarded Task Order, including but not limited to:
recruiting, staffing, management of personnel, interface with government stakeholders, local country regulatory compliance, etc.

Qualifications
US Citizen
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Secret Security Clearance
Five (5) years of project/program management experience, international law enforcement, and/or criminal justice assistance.
Eight (8) years of professional experience as a manager
DPM will have overall responsibility for in-country operations
DPM will interface with the Program Manager and in-country U.S. Government representative designated by INL.
