- Manage assigned areas, material, and suppliers for problem resolution.
- Coordinate engineering changes and build schedules with suppliers and production to meet customer expectations.
- Analyze MRP/RPS regularly and communicate with suppliers to ensure material supply.
- Expedites material from suppliers as needed to support production and meet customer requirements.
- Participate in executing a Plan for Every Part (PFEP).
- Prepare performance data, reports, and metrics to support company goals.
- Schedule transportation to and from the plant as required.
- Manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to avoid shortages.
- Lead and coach the materials team on systems and procedures.
- Maintain 5S standards for all materials storage locations.
- Minimum of 8 years experience as Master Scheduler or related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8 years of experience with Plan for Every Part (PFEP) and 5S.
- 8 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate to advance level.
- 8+ years experience using TRANS4M software highly desirable.
- Experience with shop floor control components of an enterprise resource planning package essential.
