- 6 years previous product development experience (design / NPI)
- Electronics design and development experience
- understanding of electrical systems
- with electric drive systems and/or components
- analytical skills; experience with circuit and system simulation and analysis tools
- with quality tools including FMEA, APQP & PPAP
- with New Product Introduction (NPI) Issue resolution process
- in inverters and motor drives for electric powertrain development
- in supplier evaluation and development
