    Requisition Summary


    The EZTrac Supervisor will help manage daily operations along with the Reverse Logistics Center Manager.

    LOCATION: Morrow, Georgia

    Job Functions / Responsibilities

    • Supervises Inspectors and manages daily operations along with the Reverse Logistics Center Manager
    • Plans operations and assigns work to Inspectors to attain production objectives.
    • Coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, maximizing production efficiency.
    • Establishes and controls procedures to meeting production schedules, recommending improvements in production methods, equipment, operating efficiency and safe working conditions.
    • Assures customer service that is provided by the core Inspectors meets dealer and management expectations
    • Communicates effectively with Renton, WA core return customer service team.
    • Responsible for developing, training and mentoring team members to enhance PACCAR business knowledge.
    • Recommends or initiates personnel actions including promotions, transfers, interviewing, disciplinary measures, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Responsible for the accuracy and timely completion of performance appraisals. Provides effective coaching and feedback on a regular basis to direct reports.
    • Maintains necessary records and coordinates activities with internal and external customers as necessary.
    • Proactive in promoting positive working relationships with all employees, and effectively communicating company policies and guidelines and procedures. Maintains positive attitude and promotes high team morale.
    • Manages continuous improvement projects and has an ability to react to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications


    Required:

    • Bachelor Degree
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate under pressure and possess strong interpersonal skills.
    • Strong group presentation skills
    • Effective verbal and written communication
    • Intermediate computer skills or better; with demonstrated ability to use AS400 systems and Microsoft Office (Access a plus)
    • Flexibility to work different and varied daytime work schedules.

    Preferred:

    • Master's Degree (MBA)
    • Minimum two years supervisory experience
    • Six Sigma trained: Lean Belt, Green Belt or Black Belt - exposure, certification or knowledge
    • Thorough knowledge of DC operations, practices and procedures acquired by two (2) or more years of progressive complex distribution center, administrative, quality and/or inventory control experience

    Salary:

    At PACCAR Parts, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors, including your education, training, and experience. The salary range for this is $73,600 - $90,000 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for a full range of benefit options listed above.
