Position Details:
This is a full-time position based at our front desk


Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients warmly and ensuring their comfort

Answering phones and managing inquiries efficiently

Scheduling appointments with attention to detail and patient preferences

Providing knowledgeable responses to patient questions and concerns

Processing insurance claims accurately and promptly

Collecting payments and maintaining financial records


Qualifications:
We are seeking a caring and positive individual with exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic. Prior experience in a dental office or similar customer service role is preferred but not required. Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
