    Description

    A leading health system in Southwest Florida is hiring a full-time Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy hospital-based team.

    This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic emergency department setting while benefiting from mentorship and supportive onboarding.

    Position Highlights:
    Full-time, hospital-based role in Fort Myers, FLSchedule varies (discussed during interview)

    EPIC EHR and Dragon dictationMust be a graduate of an accredited program with Florida license (or in progress)Open to both new graduates and experienced providersNon-profit health system with PSLF eligibilityQualifications:
    Florida-licensed NP or PA (or eligible)

    Emergency Medicine experience or ENP/AGACNP preferredStrong desire to work in a fast-paced ED environmentBenefits Include:
