    We Are Hiring Insurance Sales Representatives at Farmers Insurance Team Twin Cities

    Farmers Insurance Team Twin Cities (District 02 - Nicholas Hansel) is looking for Insurance Sales Representatives to be part of our expanding team.

    Our District Office supports 65 agents across Minnesota. Join our Team Twin Cities and be part of exciting opportunities. We specialize in offering Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance (among other product lines) to safeguard our clients and their investments. If you thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment, then this could be the perfect career path for you.     Benefits:

    • Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
    • Flexible Schedule

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve new business production goals and set objectives.
    • Utilize telephone, networking, and other lead sources to acquire new business.
    • Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
    • Establish continuous networking connections with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers.
    • Build strong customer relationships to ensure high client retention and product loyalty.

    Requirements:

    • College degree (Preferred but not required)
    • Experience in sales and customer service
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Driven by goals and self-motivation
    • Effective organizational and time management abilities
    • Keenness to learn about new products and services continuously
