Job description

This is a Pharmacy Technician role that will be fully onsite Monday-Friday. The client is located in the Grassmere Park area of Nashville.

Shift:
Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm

Pay:
$22-$24/hr

Job Duties

Handling calls from patients and doctors
40-50 calls a day
Confirming prescriptions
Answering questions about prescriptions
Entering prescriptions into database
Will work on a scripted outbound dialer

Skills

Pharmacy, Cpht, Pharmacy technician certification, PTCB, Retail pharmacy, Call center, Pharmacy support, customer service call center, outbound phone calls, Customer service, Pharmacy technician license, data entry, pharmacy technician certificate

Qualifications

1-2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
Must have state of TN Pharmacy Technician license
Strong customer service/call center skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $24.00/hr.
