    General Summary:


    The Associate, Account Servicing is responsible for supporting functions and processes within the Account Servicing Teams by processing all requests received via multiple channels.

    This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within company timeframes, adhere to company policy and procedures, per stated workflows as well as compliance.

    All requests must be handled in an expeditious manner per company KPI's. This position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in business demand and operations.

    All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Process requests in accordance with Account Servicing SLAs. This includes task prioritization, adherence to quality standards and compliance with communication expectations.
    Generate, send, and retain documents as requested ensuring accuracy per company Policy and Procedures while being compliant.
    Be available for general incoming calls, perform follow up calls and respond to emails received as necessary.
    Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance.
    Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge and Skills:
    Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    Must be self-motivator and self-starter
    Ability to multitask and follow workflow processes for assigned job duties
    Must be able to successfully operate in a fast paced and team environment
    Must adapt well to change and successfully adjust to changing priorities
    Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with general office equipment Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
    Qualifications -Minimum 1-year automotive finance experience (desirable)
    Experience with Payment Processing, Titles, Total Loss, and Consumer Product Protection functions (desirable)
    Auto Finance or related background (desirable)
    2 years of experience in fast paced office environment (desirable)
    High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
