Prog Analyst PowerBI/GIS - Richmond, United States - BranCore Technologies

Description

Contract Length: 6-12 months with the possibility of an extension based on performance.
Local candidate only or candidates willing to drive to client site.
*at least 3 days/wk onsite required
*Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through client's Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking
Work with the data science team to build the visualization applications using ArcGIS and PowerBI platforms and also build internal applications using the PowerApps/Powerautomate platform

• Gain broad understanding of the client innovation framework
• Use the innovative/latest tools and best practices to build applications using the Power Platform and ArcGIS
• Follow all applicable industry and client standards, processes and Protocols
• Engage multiple customers and develop applications to meet their needs
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations

KSA:
Process mapping experience,
Code Documentation,
Writing Requirements/Scope documents,
Writing use-cases,
using architectural artifacts
interpreting solution architectures
Excellent written and oral communication
Customer focused collaboration
Ability to travel around the state as needed
Minimum of three days in the office to work with the rest of the team

Experience:
Required/Desired SKils
Programming experience in a high level compiled language such as C#, C++, Java. Required, 5 Years
Experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint. Required, 2 Years
Experience using GIS for creating dynamic mapping applications and processing real-time location data. Required, 5 Years
Experience using RESTFul APIS. Required, 5 Year
