Senior Warehouse Management Systems Analyst - Walnut, CA

This role will work closely with operations, IT, supply chain and integration teams to ensure efficient
accurate high-performing warehouse processes Key Responsibilities Translate warehouse operational workflows into system configurations and business rules Configure WMS modules including receiving putaway picking packing shipping replenishment inventory control cycle counting Analyze warehouse processes recommend system-driven improvements for efficiency accuracy cost reduction Optimize picking strategies wave batch zone task-based picking Support labor management slotting cross-docking yard management processes Ensure compliance SOPs safety operational KPIs Integration Technical Collaboration Collaborate ERP TMS OMS automation systems conveyors AS/RS robotics scanners RFID Support integrations APIs EDI flat files middleware Work closely developers DBAs infrastructure teams performance scalability reliability Deep Experience in Oracle/Pl-SQL development Testing Support Training Lead functional testing UAT production readiness activities Troubleshoot resolve WMS production issues root causes Create system documentation SOPs training materials Train warehouse supervisors operators support teams Stakeholder Project Collaboration Work business stakeholders gather requirements define system roadmaps Participate project planning timelines status reporting Act subject matter expert SME WMS organization Required Qualifications 5–10 years hands-on experience enterprise WMS platforms mandatory Strong understanding warehouse distribution center operations Experience implementing supporting full WMS lifecycle implementation major upgrade Proven experience inventory management order fulfillment shipping processes Strong analytical problem-solving troubleshooting skills Ability work cross-functionally operations IT teams Excellent communication documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience leading WMS platforms e.g Manhattan Blue Yonder SAP EWM Oracle WMS HighJump/Körber Infor Symphony GOLD Stock Experience integrating W MS ERP T MS automation systems Knowledge barcoding RF devices RFID ware house automation Exposure cloud-based WM S modern microservices architectures Experience retail grocery CPG high-volume distribution environments Soft Skills Attributes Strong ownership mindset attention detail Ability work fast-paced operationally critical environments Effective communicator technical non-technical stakeholders Continuous improvement process-driven mindset Work Environment Office ware house hybrid environment depending project needs Occasional travel ware house distribution centers required Job Type Full-time Pay $100 12585620 per year Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Work Location In person
