    Job Description:

    Only considering candidates with the following:

    • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
    • 2-5 years of experience in Program Implementation
    • Excellent communications and organizational abilities
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Customer service skills
    • Strong research and report-generating skills
    • Experience working within and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
    • Familiarity with utility or energy efficiency industry

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure strategic alignment, cost-effectiveness, and mitigate negative impacts; assist in developing objectives, scope, and business case.
    • Coordinate day-to-day activities of multiple projects; prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, track metrics, manage budgets, and facilitate customer communication.
    • Provide proactive project support; schedule meetings, develop agendas, distribute materials, capture minutes, track assignments, and request updates.
    • Maintain, monitor, and update project plans and budgets; alert Program Managers to variances; track project-related items, issues, and inquiries.
    • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings; document actions and decisions; assist with communication or presentation materials.
    • Facilitate business process improvement (BPI) activities; identify, improve, and revise processes, practices, and policies; research user requirements; analyze best practices and gaps.
    • Prepare project communications, reports, proposals, and presentations; establish and maintain document repository; catalog and archive project documents.
    • Partner with specialists and managers to improve project management competencies; collaborate with teams for continuous improvement.
