    About the Opportunity

    We are looking for skilled individuals to join our team in supporting our building structural practice, focusing on industrial and commercial buildings. You will have a crucial role in the design, permitting, and construction of food facilities across the United States as a member of our structural department. Your tasks will involve:

    • Working independently on both simple and complex projects
    • Applying extensive knowledge of principles and practices for various materials and construction techniques
    • Performing hand calculations and creating computer analysis models for structural design
    • Coordinating structural tasks with other departments
    • Creating sketches, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD
    • Reviewing project documentation for quality assurance
    • Estimating construction costs and conducting field inspections
    • Providing guidance and support to junior engineers

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant structural experience in industrial and commercial building structures
    • Proficiency with AutoCAD
    • PE Registration
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Effective planning and organizational abilities
    • Experience with structural analysis software
    • Willingness to travel to project sites when required

    Preferred candidates will also have:

    • SE Registration
    • At least 5 years of experience with RAM Structural System and RAM Elements
    • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
    • Familiarity with Revit
