    About the role:

    The Commercial Systems Project Manager plans and coordinates all aspects of internal data and information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. This individual will be responsible for developing detailed project plans and following our documentation standards for our toll-gate process. In addition, this individual will manage all implementation processes, including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control processes, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Projects may vary in number, size, and complexity.

    In this role, you will:

    • Participate in governance and road mapping processes to understand and drive priority projects in alignment with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
    • Partner with Master Data Management team members to drive business process improvements.
    • Coordinate project design and execution in a heavily matrixed and cross-functional environment.
    • Plan and execute projects to meet quality and delivery objectives. Activities include planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, and quality constraints.
    • Specialize in managing cross-functional teams by supporting group progress, including scheduling, prioritizing, and expectation setting for projects relating to information system improvements.
    • Scale your communication on project status updates to key internal stakeholders and senior organizational leadership.
    It would be a plus, if you could also:
    • Advise senior internal/external partners who are not experts on the technical aspects of the project. Adapts presentation style to audiences with differing levels of technical expertise.
    • Be accountable for scope control and organizational change management within the project.
    • Support MDM Analyst(s) and SMEs as they work to understand the deeply rooted business process barriers to delivering quality data inputs in core Commercial Systems.
    • Partner with MDM analysts and SMEs to define and document project scope and specifications.
    • Present and represent complex topics in a simple-to-understand manner to various levels of stakeholders, from executives down to operational associates.
    Are you qualified?
    • 5 years of experience in technical project management.
    • BS/BA in a technical field such as IT systems or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in data architecture, data governance, PowerBI, and CRM systems (SFDC)
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
    • Ability to coordinate multiple projects at once and efficiently multitasking.
    • Ability to keep a team calm and collected through change.
    • Ability to manage Backlog and Prioritization of tasks within Jira to keep a project on-time.
    • Able to work with basic SQL.
    The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
