Description

Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? As a *Registered Nurse (RN) in Waconia, *you will be responsible for the delivery of individualized patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

*Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
*Current professional nurse licensure in Minnesota or if licensed in another state, a permit from the Minnesota Board of Nursing while the license application is in process

Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Telemetry or CICU nursing experience

*Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above
*As a CICU/Tele nurse, you'll be at the forefront of healthcare, assessing patient health problems and needs. Assessing patient health problems needs and developing, implementing and evaluateing patient care plans accordingly.

Providing nursing care.
Advising and educating patients, family members and significant others on health maintenance and disease prevention for the patient.
Documenting and maintaining accurate medical records and reports.
Participating in quality improvement activities as appropriate to position.
Serving as a patient advocate in seeking appropriate community resources to meet patient needs.
Interacting with and contributing to the professional development of peers, other healthcare providers, and colleagues to enhance own professional nursing practice.
