    Job Description:

    As a Senior Solution Architect, the candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative, scalable, and robust solutions that address complex business challenges. the candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, business leaders, and technical teams, to support technical designs and architecture from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and industry best practices.

    Responsibilities:

    **Solution Design and Architecture:** Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and align with strategic goals. Develop comprehensive technical designs, including system architecture, data models, integration points, and infrastructure requirements.

    **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, business leaders, and technical teams, to understand business needs, gather requirements, and define solution strategies. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

    **Technical Leadership:** Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in implementing best practices, architectural patterns, and design principles. Ensure adherence to coding standards, scalability, performance, and security requirements.

    **Solution Development:** Participate in the development and implementation of solution components, leveraging your expertise in software development, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture. Oversee the delivery of high-quality code and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines.

    **Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing challenges and obstacles to ensure successful delivery. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to manage expectations and drive resolution of issues.

    **Technology Assurance:** Define and implement assurance processes and standards to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of solutions. Conduct code reviews, performance testing, and security assessments to maintain high standards of quality.

    **Continuous Improvement:** Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solution architecture. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation of solution delivery processes.

    **Documentation and Communication:** Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and implementation guides. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

    Proven experience as a solution architect, with a track record of designing and delivering complex, scalable solutions.

    In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and design principles.

    Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern development frameworks.

    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making.

    Experience in risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement methodologies.

    Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.

    Min Salary: $129,910/annum Max Salary: $180,593/annum
