    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
    • Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients and partners in the pest control industry.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Provide ongoing training and development to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
