    *Job Overview:
    Our client is seeking to expand their sales team by adding , , and *Energy Consultants*.

    This is an ideal opportunity for Solar Sales Consultants who are passionate about making a difference, driven to achieve results, and eager to educate homeowners on the importance of energy conservation and smart consumption.

    As a key member of our client's team, you will play a vital role in guiding potential customers through the benefits of adopting sustainable energy solutions.

    This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, rewarding your hard work and success in promoting a greener future.

    *A typical day may include:
    • Overseeing and organizing one's daily agenda to maximize customer engagements.
    • Consult with prospective customers on solar energy solutions for their home.
    • Achieve sales goals including quotas, lead response timeliness, meeting conversions, etc.
    • Qualify prospective customers using established and creative lead methods to build your book of business.
    • Documenting detailed notes for each appointment for future reference.
    • Design and build Solar Energy systems that fit the prospective customer's needs.
    • Participate in on-the-job training, classroom instruction, self-study, licensing (if applicable), and lead qualifying activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with your sphere of influence and the community.
    • Work with our Affiliate Partners and Vendors to ensure flawless execution of lead response, lead nurturing, etc.
    • Weekly reporting.
    • Attend events selected for outreach to prospective solar customers.

    This is a W-2, full-commission position with no cap on earning potential.

    The first 2-week company-paid sales training is $1,500 ($750 per week), this sets you up for success in the field.

    Once in the field if you are meeting company-given KPI expectations the average earnings range between $100,000-200,000 per year.
