    The Tech Applications Systems Analyst Associate responsible for supporting and evaluating the process data for the existing and proposed systems and devices. Prepares charts and diagrams to aid in problem analysis and recommends solutions. Provides detailed program specifications, identifies necessary inputs, and coordinates system installation with the user department to ensure accurate results. Installs the required hardware and software components for approved applications as required.

    Your Everyday

    GENERAL DUTIES

    • Designs, configures, integrates, implements, and supports system applications and services to meet organization's business needs and objectives.
    • Assists with root cause analysis to provide technical support for business solutions, application-related user risks and system hardware issues. Provides troubleshooting, problem analysis, debugging, and resolution of assigned system issues.
    • Designs and builds moderately complex database queries for ad hoc requests and recurring reporting requirements.
    • Analyzes, supports in informatics, data collection standards and procedures.
    • Performs encoding, testing, and debugging as required to meet project objectives. Performs and analyzes workflows, system details, and technical issues associated with the applications.
    • Creates functional requirement documentation which can include but not limited to requirements documents, process flow diagrams, use cases, business rules, edits, system access matrices, system setup data, and configuration documents.

    EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
    • Required: 2 years of experience in a related field.
    EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science or a related field.
    SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    • Able to exhibit a high degree of customer service, cooperation, teamwork, initiative, and exceptional judgement.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve time-based objectives, balance multiple priorities, and communicate effectively while remaining organized.
    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Demonstrated logical problem-solving capability.
