    Soliant Health is collaborating with a fantastic school district in Gurnee, IL, to recruit a talented and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time (37.5 hours per week) position during the upcoming school year. The anticipated caseload will consist of around 30 students aged between 3 and 6.     Position Details:

    • Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist
    • Employment Type: Full-Time (35 hours per week)
    • Location: Gurnee, IL
    • Start Date: Fall 2023
    • Onsite position

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet students' specific goals and needs.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students, both in one-on-one and group settings.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student success.
    • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
    • Previous experience working with pediatric populations is desirable.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
