- Plan the sequence of testing and calibration procedures;
- Calibrate, adjust, and troubleshoot problems with customers' equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pressure, torque, environmental, dimensional, and radio frequency instrumentation;
- Create, update, and maintain data sheets for test equipment;
- Maintain customer, vendor, and equipment databases;
- Manage customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive the timely turnaround of equipment.
- At least two years of experience in a related field required. Electronics technician experience strongly preferred. Electrical, electronic, or mechanical calibration experience as well as military PMEL, METCAL, or TMDE training preferred.
- Basic technical knowledge of electronic principles. Experience using diagrams, schematics, engineering data, and test equipment is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel to customers' locations throughout the United States for up to one week at a time.
- An entrepreneurial attitude and desire to grow within an organization.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a background security check.
