    Position Summary

    The Demand Planning Business Optimization Specialist will work as an IT Business Analyst on the Demand Planning (DP) team, focusing on the support, enhancement, and maintenance of Demand Planning business and system software processes. Demand Planning Business Optimization Specialist will also participate in cross-functional systems projects and maintain a collaborative relationship with business stakeholders and system users.

    Enhance existing Demand Planning systems / integrate new functionality.

    • Perform Business Process analysis
    • Gather requirements from business stakeholders
    • Localize Nestle global processes to meet the business needs
    • Document functional design and assist in creating technical design
    • Facilitate functional acceptance testing
    • Support implementation of new functionality
    Support existing Demand Planning systems.
    • Research common issues and perform root cause analysis
    • Raise issues and follow up with IT support personnel until resolution
    • Perform cross-functional training with inter-related supply chain teams
    Participate in cross-functional system integration projects.
    • Lead and drive collaboration across multiple teams
    • Represent DP requirements and ensure completion of deliverables
    • support "must win battle" enhancements to include digital transformation projects
    • Contribute to "end-to-end" process analysis, design, and testing
    Process Improvement / Compliance
    • Utilize measures and metrics to foster continuous improvement within team
    • Align measures and team processes to support business goals
    • Create standard routines, team training, and process improvement, as deemed necessary by leadership
    • Ensure Nestle Compliance and IT governance methods, processes, and tools are followed/used.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information system technology or a related technical discipline
    • 1+ years of experience in information technology, software development life cycle and IT Business Analyst
    The approximate pay range for this position is $54, $87, Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestl offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
