Job Description Job Duties:

• Prepare, review and ensure compliance with tax regulations for complex multistate tax returns, consolidated returns, and foreign reporting for both businesses and entities.
• Prepare, review and ensure compliance with tax regulations of tax returns for highnetworth individuals.
• Manage numerous client accounts and directly interact with partners and clients.
• Supervise Associate accountants.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of foreign tax concepts for individual and business returns.
• Prior experience with Forms 990 and 990PF is a plus.

Skills

• Must Have: Minimum Education Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting Master's degree highly preferred
CPA designation or ability to meet 150-credit requirement for CPA eligibility
Knowledge of or previous experience working with ProSystem Tax or OneSource Trust Tax is a plus Expertise in U.S. GAAP/GAAS and U.S. tax Prior work experience in public accounting with exposure to individual, corporate, and partnership taxation
