    I'm Derrick Elliott, Owner of Maids of McKinney LLC, and am looking for a reliable housekeeper in McKinney, Texas area.

    I am looking to partner with experienced independent contractors currently working in the residential housekeeping industry. Already have your own clients? Great Let me help facilitate to get you more business. I take care of all of the admin, marketing and customer service work, while you just show up and do what you love to do. You also take home the lions share of the pay

    Residential commercial cleaning Responsibilities:
    - Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and sanitizing various areas of the house
    - Vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors
    - Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
    - Cleaning windows and mirrors
    - Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly
    - Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and towels
    - Handling laundry and ironing clothes if required
    - Assisting with carpet cleaning and stain removal as needed
    - Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

    Residential commercial cleaning Skills:
    - Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
    - Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
    - Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols
    - Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
    - Good physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting
    - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner

    Please note that previous experience in housekeeping/cleaning is required. All contractors should have their own business insurance, or be in the process of getting business insurance. We're willing to partner with you as long as you are working towards securing business insurance
