For more than 118 years, Backus Hospital has been the primary source of healthcare services for much of Eastern Connecticut.

The Nursing Talent Manager is responsible for attracting and efficiently hiring qualified and competent experienced registered nurses, new-to-practice nurses, and nursing support staff who embrace HHC's mission and values.
In collaboration with Talent Acquisition, manages and implements a nursing recruitment plan for assigned units at Backus and Windham Hospitals under the direction of Nursing leadership.
The Nursing Talent Manager utilizes his/her knowledge in contemporary nursing practice and care delivery systems to select appropriate candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
These responsibilities include the execution of the candidate selection process, screening and interview guides, applicant interviews and related correspondence, relationship building, and adherence to federal and state employment laws.
QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing required
Valid Connecticut Registered Nurse license
