Job summary
This position involves testing and inspecting products at various stages of production. The successful candidate will ensure food quality and reliability by performing duties such as collecting paperwork verifying sanitation procedures selecting products for tests recording test data recommending modifications to existing standards maintaining HACCP plans adhering to regulatory agencies requirements.
Qualifications
- Certification from college or technical school; or related experience training equivalent combination education experience.
- Ability speak read write English read interpret documents safety rules operating maintenance instructions procedure manuals calculate figures amounts proportions percentages area circumference volume apply concepts basic algebra geometry add subtract multiply divide units measure whole numbers common fractions decimals input data computer.
